I informed of the water seepage problems from my flat to the flat below mine last week to Mr.Kolappan GM; The very next day a survey was arranged by him in the flat and the following day, men and materials were mobilised; The rectification job was carried out meticulously and speedily at very reasonable cost. I am happy on your very prompt response to my request and that the job was taken up and completed very promptly, speedily.

Though many years have passed after my buying this flat , your commitment to customer satisfaction and valueing an old customer is splendid. Thank you very much for the wonderful response.

Dear Real Value Team,

I am pleased to write this e-mail as one of the old customer of Realvalue. I got into my home at Saigardens in Velachery, Chennai in July 2001, much before the handover date, due to my personal challenges and they happily accommodated this. During the construction also many of small chages inside the house were done without any hassle. I mostly used to interact at that time with Dhamodharan and Suresh and they were always reachable and open to discussions and suggestions.

Almost after 10 years there are no problems inside and outside the house. Inside the house – No seepage, no cracks, all the fittings are in good condition. There is lot of open area provided along with a shuttle court, temple, lawn and children play area. Due to the rainwater harvesting in the complex the water problem has reduced and almost nil. Previously we used to buy water at least for 3 – 4 months during summer and this year we are self sufficient till now.

Even though my requirement of a bigger house has become a need now. I do not any plan to sell this house due to the compact design and the excellent resale value. The value of the property has increased 400% in 10 years. I will be keeping this house as my home for retirement, just because of the convenience and the facilities.

If I have a requirement in future to buy another house I will definitely consider the projects of Realvalue first. Thank you and wishing success to Realvalue team in their future projects.

Dear Ms. Archana,

I would have to say that my experience and reactions to my relationship with your company is true to what they told me at the beginning. It is like a “Family”.

There has been the odd disagreements and delays in completion etc. during the tenure, but which builder doesn’t have it, given the constraints of CMDA regulations and the shortage of building materials due to the spurt in construction industry.

But the heartening fact is the transparency shown by your office in all issues. They have not given the usual beating around the bush excuses or sweet coated bitter facts. They had kept me informed of the progress and the delays and also accommodated my requests in most areas, wherever they were permissible.

Totally, this has been a good experience and Usha and I would be very happy ro be interacting with you in your future ventures.
